It has been a while since I’ve posted. Mostly because I have been dealing with the emotional aftermath of Amy-cat’s passing. Thank you to everyone who expressed sympathy here and who sent me cards. Your words have given me so much comfort. I printed out pictures of her and the other cats and bought frames yesterday. I took four of the pictures, framed them and took them to the vet’s office. I have some more for my pet-sitter. I enlarged a picture of Amy-cat cleaning her face on my coffee table. Having that picture of her has helped me remember the good times. The other cats are learning to put up with me when I need a hug and a kitty-kiss.
I made a number of flat angels for the craft show, none of which sold. I spent a good deal of time at my sewing machine working on these with Amy-cat laying on her towel next to me, so I called them Amy’s guardian angels. She watched over them all at one stage or another.
Since I have all of these lovely angels left, I finally opened up an Etsy Shop. I’ve put three of them up there so far and plan to put several of my dolls there for sale. I will eventually get some of my marbled paper there as well. Check it out and tell me what you think.
It’s one week until Christmas and I have started my shopping, as of this week. I’m probably about half-way done. I hope to finish the majority of the remainder tomorrow.
I am working on another two dragons. One of them will go on Etsy soon after the new year. The other will accompany my patterns to Gypsy Pamela. It’s going to be a busy vacation for me!

Hi Amy,
Thank you so much for sending me one of your lovely art angels. I posted some photos that I took on my blog today. Know that your angel came to a very good home. I’m sorry to hear about the loss of your cat. All the best to you in the coming year!
{soul hugs}
