Hope, © 2004

Hope is the Thing with Feathers (literally). Hope was inspired by Emily Dickenson's famous poem. She might be the funky chicken, or she might be something else. Needle-sculpted head, stuffed body, and appliqued feathers with beads.

Hope was designed for the Stretching Art and Tradition Challenge 6.
